Center Console Boats have very little protection from inclement weather. They also are not equipped with bathroom facilities or sleeping quarters.

Will PS3 Blue Ray movies work region free?
I want to get a PS3 from Dubai but will a Canadian blue ray movie work on that console?
No. Unfortunatley not.
The region code for Canada is different from the one in Dubai
so if you buy the ps3 you also have to buy Blu-ray disks
from Dubai as well. The good news is that all PS3 games are region free. My advice to you is to save up some money and buy yourself a PS3 from Canada of the US.
